WHAT IS BARDO?
If we look it up on Wikipedia, or any respected dictionary or web page, you will find that Bard has several meanings. Namely: 1) heroic or lyric poet of any age or country. Who was in charge of orally transmitting stories, legends and poems of a people. 2) Bardo is also a slang word (in Spanish) derived from “balurdo” which means messy situation or problem and derives from the Italian “Balordo” which means rude. 3) For the Tibetans it is the transition state of the spirit between death and a new reincarnation.
The three definitions of Bardo (Bard) have to do with what we do: 1) Searching for communicational solutions that effectively and creatively convey a message that our clients want to deliver to theirs. 2) When faced by a problem, we strive to find a solution. 3) Moreover, our time passes between new projects we face and those that we completed. So, we are in an eternal state of transition to new challenges.
In BARDO we work with all kinds of ideas applied to communication, strategy, production and marketing.
We believe that ideas must take into account media and formats but the must transcend them.
